Nino’s passion for the restaurant business was fostered over 35 years ago when his mother first opened the doors of Giovanni’s Ristorante. Nino’s knowledge and expertise in the industry allows him to create perfect and memorable experiences night after night for every guest that walks through his doors. He looks forward to imparting the magic of Giovanni's Ristorante with Cocco Catering clientele.
OZZIE OSMAN
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
For the past 22 years, Chef Oz has been cooking up creative and delicious dishes in the Ottawa and surrounding area. Ozzie’s culinary career began early on, inspired by his Mediterranean parents and their love for quality and tradition. Ozzie has always sought new opportunities to further develop his own creativity and is looking to sharing his vision through this new venture.
Tony Zacconi
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As the owner and operator of Sala San Marco Banquet and Conference Centre, Tony has spent nearly 25 years in the food service industry. Tony continuously strives to provide the highest standard of food and service excellence to his clients while continuing to modernize the brand as a whole. He looks forward to sharing his love of food, wine and entertaining through Cocco Catering.
Chef Thomas GURZYNSKI
Head Chef
Chef Tomasz Gurzynski prides himself on his foundation of Education at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Art Institute in London, England. His most prized accomplishments include working at World Class Restaurants such as Café Le Monde, The Dorchester Hotel and Chez Kristoff in London, England. He began as a student and is now a Master. We are humbled to have him lead our culinary team.

SALES DIRECTOR
Megan started her hospitality career in the hotel industry, learning the value of customer satisfaction as a valet driver at one of Ottawa’s most prestigious hotels. Since that time, Megan has held various positions including sales, restaurant, and event management at some of the city's most premier establishments. Megan’s creativity, organization, passion for food, and attention to every detail allow her to create memorable experiences for each and every client.
